Apartment Association of Greater Dallas

The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas is a trade association for the multifamily housing industry, founded in 1959, representing owner and operator companies across the eleven counties around Dallas together with the companies that supply them. Contractors do not join as core members, they join as Supplier Partners, which requires annual dues of $479 plus a one-time $75 set-up fee and that the company supplies products or services to multifamily or rental housing in the Greater Dallas market. AAGD states no insurance, licensing or screening requirement for supplier members, and its own supplier guide carries no quality assurances about the companies listed in it. Membership here tells you a contractor works with apartment communities in Dallas. It does not tell you they have been vetted.
